Building season 2013

It has been already 5 years since we started competing in the FIRST Robotics Competition. Our first building season started back in 2013 with the game “Ultimate Ascent”. Team Rembrandts was at the time a small group of students with no experience with FIRST. We didn’t have any sponsors yet and thus we had very few resources at our disposal. Pretty much the whole robot was designed and made of System profiles. The other parts were made by ourselves at our school. We were able to prototype and create our robot “Rembrandt”. Eventually, it was a wonderful experience and a lot of fun. We learned a lot about teamwork, working under pressure, and engineering skills. We would like to thank the FIRST organization for this inspiring competition.
